Two Decades Later...

Growing up alongside the ever-changing world of technology, I’ve dedicated the past twenty years to helping businesses adapt, scale, and thrive in a fast-paced industry.

In my first decade, I built my foundation as a Daily Operations and Customer Service Executive, where I streamlined workflows, optimized team performance, and championed a customer-first culture. This experience sharpened my ability to manage complex operations while keeping the human connection at the core of every decision.

Right before 2020, I took on a pivotal consulting role for what was then Fitness Solutions, overseeing operations for the entire Chicago region. During this time, I developed and implemented strategic operational frameworks, grew regional market share, and built high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service at scale.

Thanks to this success, I was brought on as Chief Marketing Officer to help drive the company’s evolution. Drawing on my operational experience, I crafted and executed a growth-focused business plan that expanded our footprint across North America.

Today, as Chief Operations Officer, I lead all aspects of daily operations, manage our growing network of locations, and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service while staying agile in an ever-evolving market. From process innovation to team development, my goal is to build sustainable systems that empower our people and drive our continued success — two decades in, and just getting started.
