About Me
Two Decades Later...
Growing up alongside the ever-changing world of technology, I’ve dedicated the past twenty years to helping businesses adapt, scale, and thrive in a fast-paced industry.

In my first decade, I built my foundation as a Daily Operations and Customer Service Executive, where I streamlined workflows, optimized team performance, and championed a customer-first culture.

Right before 2020, I stepped into a pivotal role as Regional VP of Operations at Fitness Solutions, where I oversaw all operations across the Chicago region. In this capacity, I developed and executed strategic operational frameworks, expanded regional market share, and built and led high-performing teams committed to delivering exceptional service at scale.

Thanks to this success, DataPoint brought me on as Chief Marketing Officer to help drive the company’s evolution. Drawing on my operational experience, I crafted and executed a growth-focused business plan that expanded our footprint across North America.

Today, as Chief Operations Officer, I lead all aspects of daily operations, manage our growing network of locations, and ensure we continue to deliver outstanding service while staying agile in an ever-evolving market. From process innovation to team development, my goal is to build sustainable systems that empower our people and drive our continued success — two decades in, and just getting started.
